By purchasing and participating in any of our courses or memberships ("Courses" or "Memberships"), including but not limited to any current or future Courses or Memberships offered under The Commander In Chief brand, you ("you" or "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all Courses and Memberships sold by The Commander In Chief. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or accessing any of our Courses or Memberships. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or access our Courses or Memberships.
1. Course and Membership Description and Access

We are 100% confident in the quality and effectiveness of our offerings, supported by consistently positive feedback and transformative results from our students.
1.2 Instant and Lifetime Access: Upon purchase of any Course or Membership, you will receive immediate and automatic access to all corresponding materials. For Courses, this access is granted for your lifetime, including complimentary access to any future updates or additional content we may provide for the purchased Course. For Memberships, access continues for the duration of your active subscription, subject to the payment terms outlined in Section 2.
1.3 Personal Use: Course and Membership materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content, in whole or in part, without our express written permission.
2. Purchase, Payment, and Payment Plans
2.1 Purchase Commitment: By purchasing a Course or subscribing to a Membership, you acknowledge that you are making a deliberate and informed decision to invest in our transformative content. Courses and Memberships cannot be purchased or subscribed to "just to check it out" or out of curiosity with the intent to request a refund or cancellation.
2.2 Payment: All payments for Courses must be made in full at the time of purchase unless enrolled in a payment plan (see Section 2.3). Membership subscriptions require recurring payments as specified at the time of subscription. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the listed price for the Course or Membership.
2.3 Payment Plans: If you opt for a payment plan for a Course, you commit to paying all installments as agreed at the time of purchase. Failure to make any payment when due will result in immediate revocation of your access to the Course, including lifetime access and any future updates, without refund of any prior payments. This policy is merciful compared to other course creators who may pursue unpaid amounts through collection agencies. By enrolling in a payment plan, you acknowledge that it represents a solid commitment to complete all payments.
2.4 Membership Cancellation: To cancel a Membership subscription and avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the next due date via [email protected]. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic charging for the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for charges incurred.
3. No-Refund Policy and Revocation of Cooling-Off Periods
3.1 Zero Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our Courses and Memberships and the immediate access to all materials upon purchase or subscription, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all Courses and Memberships sold by The Commander In Chief. All sales and subscription payments are final. 4.2 License: Upon purchase or subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course or Membership materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Student Responsibilities

6.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of any Course or Membership shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Course or Membership.
7. Termination
